By now, you would know about an 88-year-old uncle named Ong Kim Hwa who ran a 10km marathon in 1 hour and 25 minutes at the PJ Half Marathon in September this year.

Kebun-Kebun Bangsar Ordered To Vacate Plot Of Land, Volunteers Voice Out Against It

Kebun-Kebun Bangsar is a community farm underneath a power line on a hillside in Bangsar.

With the community’s efforts and volunteers from all over, the under-utilised government land was turned into a place where adults and children can spend some time in nature.

World No.1 Tower Runner is Malaysian But No One is Helping Him

Soh Wai Ching has been one of the athletes who keep on contributing to the excellent reputation of Malaysia.

He debuted in the tower running scene back in 2017. Throughout the last few years up till now, he has participated in 70 races, won 37 of them, and set 23 course records!
